Roberto Mancini says he’s not angry with his Inter players, but admits that results have to improve.
The Nerazzurri drew 1-1 with bottom side Parma at San Siro in their last outing, with a day off on Easter Sunday cancelled as punishment.
However, the Coach insists he will not punish his players excessively if they fail to beat Verona tomorrow night.
“This is a classic Italian thing,” Mancini sighed in his pre-match Press conference.

“This is a classic Italian thing,” Mancini sighed in his pre-match Press conference.
“You lose and everyone has to go to a training camp. That’s how it was when I was 15-years-old. These things don’t change anything, it’s something only we in Italy do.
“We have to try and change our results, but not by simply training more.
“I think the players need to take responsibility, they’re extraordinary in training, but they must do the same in the game.
“If we could win a few games, and improve the level that we’ve shown in recent games, missed targets aside there’d be a good basis from which to start.
“At the end of the day, you can’t be too angry, if you work hard, sooner or later the results will come.
“It’s a bit of a paradox, the results aren’t good, but the team is giving its all.
“This week was the hardest, the players know that they can do more. Sometimes you win by giving a little bit extra, not by simply being Inter.
“Parma? When we spoke before the game, the players knew it was the worst match we could face. Parma had nothing to lose.
“The situation which they’ve been in has seen them go bottom of the table, it was a tough game which we had to tackle with a different approach.
“Even Roma drew with them. We couldn’t start thinking about winning 4-0 because of their situation, we must face every game at 100 per cent.”
