Mancini: ‘I’ll shake Sarri’s hand’

Roberto Mancini said he will shake Maurizio Sarri’s hand ahead of Inter v Napoli this weekend, despite their ugly row.

The pair clashed on the touchline during Inter’s 2-0 Coppa Italia victory at the San Paolo in January, Mancini calling for his colleague to be suspended for calling him a homophobic slur.

“On Saturday I will shake Sarri’s hand,” Mancini told Inter Channel.

The Coach was also asked to comment on the sacking of his good friend Sinisa Mihajlovic by Milan.

“I won’t talk about that.”

He was at San Siro to watch Inter beat Juventus 3-1 on aggregate for the Coppa Italia Primavera youth trophy.

“They deserved the cup against an excellent side. It’s wonderful for them to play at San Siro in front of 20,000 people.

“It’s a fully deserved win for their approach to the second half.”
