“I think the recovery will be problematic for everyone, especially for the coaches who will have to manage to play every three days.
“In this sense, the five substitutions will be of massive help.”
The European Championship has been postponed until next summer and in the meantime the national coach looks forward to seeing his young crop develop.
“We have many interesting young players, with great room for improvement. Often the interests of the team are preferred, but whoever has what it takes is destined to explode.”
