According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Inter striker Lautaro Martinez has attracted interest from Manchester United and PSG, but the Argentina international is not considering leaving his club.

El Toro scored a vital goal for the Nerazzurri in their 3-3 draw at Camp Nou on Wednesday night, reigniting the interest of some of the wealthiest clubs in Europe.

Today’s edition of La Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that both Manchester United and PSG called the striker’s agent Alejandro Camaño following Lautaro’s goal against the Catalans, but, at the moment, Lautaro is not interested in a move.

The Red Devils need a new centre forward in January or at the end of the season, while PSG want to persuade Messi to stay by signing his compatriot, who is on excellent terms with the former Barcelona superstar.

Messi liked Lautaro’s Instagram post after Inter’s draw on Wednesday and according to the report that wasn’t his only reaction, suggesting that La Pulga called Lautaro after the match.

However, the product of Racing academy is entirely focused on Inter and the upcoming World Cup, and extended with Inter barely a year ago.

Lautaro no longer has a release clause in his contract and his current deal with the Serie A giants runs out in June 2026.

3 thought on “Manchester United and PSG sound out Inter striker Lautaro Martinez”
  1. Are we not lucky that PSG ‘saved football’ for everyone by boycotting the Super League thus being only 1 of 2 clubs capable of deals like this? We should be eternally grateful

  2. Milan and any other club would do exactly as PSG if they have the same financial capability
You have money then you can buy anything you want.
Please stop whining! These kind of comment reflect how you guys are soo naive 😒
Stop blaming PSG and Man City because they can buy also your “democratically elected leaders”
