Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic will have a medical at Roma at the start of week ahead of next week ahead of a free transfer, according to reports in Italy.
The Serbia international is leaving Old Trafford when his contract expires at the end of June and is expected to join up with former manager Jose Mourinho at Roma.

Il Corriere dello Sport report he will arrive on either Monday or Tuesday on a private plane from Serbia with his wife and two daughters, who will visit the city ahead of the potential move.
The report adds that the contract is for one year and worth €4.2 million with the option for a 12-month extension based on appearances.
Matic played for Mourinho at Chelsea and the former Inter manager than re-signed the midfielder at United.
Mourinho is reportedly looking to bring in experience in each position with Napoli forward Dries Mertens also linked with move.
