Manchester United turned down the offer of Radja Nainggolan or Mauro Icardi as part of Inter’s bid for Romelu Lukaku, it’s reported.

According to La Repubblica newspaper, Inter tried to propose the two players who are not wanted by Antonio Conte.

However, Manchester United are not interested in either the Belgium international midfielder or the Argentine centre-forward.

Nerazzurri director of sport Beppe Marotta confirmed on Saturday that Nainggolan and Icardi are on the market, as they are “not part of our plans.”

Meanwhile, Lukaku and Juventus transfer target Paul Pogba have both been named in the Manchester United squad flying out for a pre-season tour of Australia today.
