The Independent reports Manchester United and Real Madrid are considering making an offer for Inter and Italy defender Federico Dimarco.

According to the report, both European giants have spoken to Inter about the availability of their left-back.

Dimarco, 25, scored six goals and delivered 10 assists in 50 appearances with the Nerazzurri in 2022-23 and his contract at the Stadio Meazza runs out in June 2026.

According to the report ‘A number of clubs are trailing but United and Madrid have both expressed the most concerted interest so far.’

Inter must sell at least one of their stars to balance the books this summer despite reaching the Champions League Final.

The Merengues are said to be interested in Dimarco given that France international Eduardo Camavinga wants to play in central midfield next season. United, on the other hand, have other priorities, such as a new centre-back and a centre-forward, but Dimarco is still high on their list.

Inter would rather sell Robin Gosens and Marcelo Brozovic this summer but have rejected a €15m bid from Al-Nassr for the Croatia international, demanding €20-25m.
