Manchester City star Erling Haaland is so prolific that he’s scored more on his own than Massimiliano Allegri’s Juventus this season.

The 22-year-old Norwegian forward has again made the headlines after netting a hattrick in his first Manchester derby, leaving Manchester United speechless at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon. Haaland has had an explosive start to this season, something that cannot be said for either the Bianconeri or Nerazzurri.

Haaland has scored 14 goals in his first eight league games of the season, the same as Inter and five more than Juventus, who are desperately hoping for a win over Bologna tonight. Both Serie A giants have struggled in the early stages of the campaign, leaving them stuck in the mid-point in the table.

His father Alf-Inge recently suggested that he could ply his trade in all of Europe’s top five leagues at some point in his career, so a future in Serie A cannot be ruled out, although it may take a little while to see him in the Italian peninsula.

  1. CALMAAA!!!

As if PhD Max, king of the hexagon and commander of the back, back, down, down will care. The 7/9 have completed more square back than any other team on the planet this year and for a few as well.
