According to La Stampa newspaper, Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo has been offered to Juventus and Inter as Pep Guardiola is unwilling to keep the Portuguese at the club.

According to La Stampa newspaper, former Inter and Juventus defender Cancelo has been offered to his ex-clubs by his agent, Jorge Mendes.

Manchester City’s asking price is around €25m, while Cancelo is reportedly open to lowering his salary to ease his return to Serie A and play in the Champions League next season.

The Portugal international played for Inter in 2018-19 and joined Juventus the following summer.

He then moved to Manchester City from the Bianconeri in a swap deal involving Brazilian defender Danilo in the summer of 2019.

Cancelo has had highs and lows at the Etihad Stadium and played on loan at Bayern Munich and Barcelona over the last 18 months.

Cancelo, 30, sees his Manchester City contract expire in June 2027. He already played 51 games in Serie A, scoring two goals and providing six assists.
