“He would have no problems in finding a new team. Top clubs like Juventus or Manchester City would sign him without thinking twice.”

Biglia did also talk about his Milan exit, saying he left the Stadio San Siro in tears.

Romagnoli was one of Stefano Pioli's untouchables before Fikayo Tomori arrived in January.

The Chelsea loanee started ahaed of the former Sampdoria man in Roma-Milan two weeks ago and both Pioli and Maldini said Romagnoli was disappointed for the coach's decision.

Romagnoli will sit out this evening’s Napoli clash with an injury. He has also missed Milan’s trip to Manchester in Europa League earlier this week.

Romagnoli’s contract expires in June 2022.
