Milan are reportedly on the verge of closing the deals with Roma full-back Alessandro Florenzi and Girondins de Bordeaux midfielder Yacine Adli.

Milan are fighting with LOSC Lille over the French 21-year-old Adli, who joined Bordeaux in January 2019 for €5.5m.

The reports in Italy suggests Milan have agreed to pay €10m including bonuses for the attacking midfielder and Tuttosport reports technical director Paolo Maldini is working hard to close a deal with the player.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri continue to negotiate with Roma over Alessandro Florenzi, who wants a move to San Siro.

The next few days will be important for Maldini, who works to find the right economic balance and formula to bring the two players to Milanello as soon as possible.

  1. Praying Yacin Adil is not another flop like Yoann Gourcuff. Young, has potential, just hope he settles and adapts to life in a new league.

  2. We are in the champions league and have a tough league season ahead. This is no longer the stage to the risks on youngster with the benefit they could succeed. We need experienced players. Florenzi is a massive downgrade on Dalot, who for large parts was a very commendable deputy. Adli just reminds me of Rabiot, but slower.
Clearly we couldn’t make the Vlasic deal happen – would’ve added much needed muscle and power in that final third. We also can’t go into the season with only bennacer, tonal, krunic and Kessie. We should be doing everything to see if we can bring Bakayoko back. The right wing is of course still a huge issue. More question marks than answers with just over a week to our first game.
