Noa Lang and his entourage has been in talks have been in talks with Milan for months now but Paolo Maldini has kept things at the early stages as he reflects on the possible transfer.

The 22-year-old Dutch forward has an a wonderful season with Club Brugge, netting seven goals and providing 12 assists in 31 league appearances this campaign. His strong season meant he was destined for the jump to one of Europe’s top five leagues this summer and for a while now Milan have looked like the likely candidates.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, talks between Milan and Club Brugge regarding Lang are still in the early stages thanks to Maldini, who is taking some time to reflect on the move. The Belgian side want €22m for his signature and the Rossoneri could certainly afford the investment.

The two parties will open talks again soon but there’s a chance that Maldini could get cold feet, should he change his mind.
