Napoli announced that Nikola Maksimovic has recovered from COVID-19 and therefore has the all-clear to face Verona on Sunday.
The defender tested positive for the Coronavirus on May 5.
He was asymptomatic and has been in isolation ever since.
A statement from Napoli this evening confirmed he has now tested negative.
Maksimovic can therefore play this weekend’s final Serie A game of the season against Verona.
