The Nerazzurri secured the Scudetto several weeks ago, but this is their final home fixture of the season, so they will be handed the trophy after the final whistle as part of a celebration that includes musical performances by fans Ligabue and Tananai.

They were greeted by a beautiful display of tifo in the stands, as every inch of the stadium was used to put on the show.

One Curva had 20 representing the number of Serie A titles won, the other was the club logo.

Along the sides of the stadium were the phrase ‘Champions of Italy’ and the Scudetto symbol with two stars that will appear on their jersey from next season.

A ‘star’ is given permanently to every club that achieves 10 Serie A titles and until now only Juventus had the honour of two stars.
