The Dane, who arrived from KRC Genk in January, has already played nine times in Serie A and will start against Crotone at the Gewiss Stadium tonight.

But he admitted he had to adapt to a new ‘style of play’ in Italy.

“In Italy I found a different style of play than I was used to,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “But I immediately had the confidence of Mr. Gasperini.

“I was integrated well, and this is why I have played so much.”

The 23-year-old, capped six times by Denmark, will be in the starting line-up in the League for the fifth time tonight.
