Romelu Lukaku has reportedly returned to Belgium for more treatment after the Inter striker sustained a thigh injury.
The centre-forward was ruled out of the Milan Derby and the opening Champions League tie against Bayern Munich, but it’s not entirely clear how long it will take for a full recovery.
With that in mind, he has flown to Belgium for a few days, in agreement with the club and medical staff, and will undergo further treatment with the staff of the national team.
Lukaku suffered a strain to the flexor in his right thigh.
