Romelu Lukaku is increasingly unlikely to feature for Inter against Roma on Saturday, but Hakan Calhanoglu should be back in the starting XI.

It kicks off at San Siro on Saturday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).

The Nerazzurri are already going to be without Marcelo Brozovic, who was suspended anyway even before he picked up a thigh strain on international duty with Croatia that ruled him out for a month.

Former Empoli midfielder Kristjan Asllani is the natural replacement for Brozovic.

Although Lukaku is back in training, he is still working on a separate schedule to the rest of his teammates today.

With that in mind, and considering the Belgium international has been out of action for a month now, it is increasingly unlikely he will be risked this weekend with the big Champions League matches against Barcelona coming up.

Calhanoglu should be available, as he worked largely as part of the main squad in training this afternoon and is expected to be with the full group from tomorrow.
