Luiz Adriano is all set for a €14m transfer to Chinese club Jiangsu Suning FC, as Milan confirm advanced talks.
The striker only arrived from Shakhtar Donetsk over the summer for €8m and scored three goals, but the chance to make a €6m profit proved too much for the club to resist.
The Brazilian will also gain from the move, earning a reported €6m per season plus €2m in performance-related bonuses.

Milan confirmed he was not called up for tomorrow’s Coppa Italia quarter-final with Carpi because he was in negotiations for a transfer.
There were several suggestions as to the identity of the Chinese club in question, but now Sky Sport Italia agree with SportItalia that it’s Jiangsu Suning FC.
This is the same club that had an offer for Sampdoria forward Eder rejected last week.
Milan teammate Jose Mauri also announced the imminent deal by posting a picture of Luiz Adriano with several other players on Instagram.
“Good luck my friend! I wish you all the best, you deserve good health and happiness, because you are a great person and it has been a pleasure sharing these months with you,” wrote Jose Mauri.
“We will miss your smile in the locker room!”
Milan will reportedly not replace Luiz Adriano in attack, instead reinvesting in a midfielder such as Axel Witsel or Marouane Fellaini.
