Milan striker Luiz Adriano will reportedly have his Spartak Moscow medical tomorrow in Germany.

The Brazilian had been expected to fly out to Russia for the tests.

However, Sky Sport Italia claim that Spartak are happy to meet him half-way with a medical at a specialist centre in Germany that they trust.

If Luiz Adriano passes the medical, then he can sign a four-and-a-half-year contract.

There were reports he was already in Russia, but this evening he posted an Instagram picture of himself still in Milan.

The 29-year-old is no stranger to that side of Europe, as before Milan he played for Shakhtar Donetsk from 2007 to 2015.

Milan are essentially letting him go for a nominal fee, hoping to save money on his salary.
