A transfer now seems to be imminent after months of negotiations, which stepped up a gear last week.

According to La Repubblica, Napoli will be able to pay PSV the €42m over two years, although some reports even point to four instalments.

The main problem with most Napoli deals is represented by image rights, as President Aurelio De Laurentiis insists on getting new players to sign them over to the club.

This prompted some tension with ‘Chucky’ Lozano and agent Mino Raiola, but it’s reported they worked out the terms in a contract that is 60 pages long.

Il Mattino newspaper claims the Mexico international’s salary will be €4.5m per year, with added bonuses for both team achievements and individual targets.

Raiola is also expected to pocket a hefty commission and 20 per cent of PSV’s transfer fee will be owed to former club Pachuca.

The 24-year-old winger contributed 21 goals and 12 assists in 40 competitive games for PSV last season.
