Dries Mertens and Hirving Lozano are back at Napoli ahead of the new season, carrying out the medical examinations after returning injured from their international duties with Belgium and Mexico.
Mertens participated at the Euros with the Red Devils, whilst Lozano was part of the Mexico squad at the Gold Cup this summer.
They both return injured, as Lozano suffered a head injury against Trinidad & Tobago, whilst the Belgian is recovering from a shoulder problem.

“In the late morning of today, the players Dries Mertens and Hirving Lozano arrived at the SSC Napoli training camp,” the club wrote in a statement.
“This morning, Lozano and Mertens carried out their pre-season medical examinations at the Pineta Grande clinic at Castel Volturno under the supervision of Dr. Nunzia Cerrone, the club doctor of the Primavera, and the collaboration of Doctor Elpidio Pezzella.”
