The father of Rijeka striker Andrej Kramaric has confirmed that there are Italian teams tracking his son’s progress.

The striker has scored 21 goals in 14 games in the Croatian Prva Liga this term, as well as two goals in four for his country.

Kramaric has been persistently linked with both Milan sides, and played for Croatia at San Siro on Sunday night.

“There is interest from several Italian clubs,” Josip Kramaric admitted to Calciomercato.

“We’ll see what will happen. Where would he like to play? A big league, and that includes Serie A.

“On Sunday I was in Milan at San Siro for Italy v Croatia.

“His mum and some of Andrej’s friends were there too, I’m very happy about that.”
