Today the FIGC released a statement announcing that Lotito will be legally requested to show up at the Federal Tribunal for his polemical statements against Iodice.
“The federal prosecutor referred the President of the Lazio Board Claudio Lotito to the Federal Tribunal 'for having publicly offended the reputation and the honour of Pino Iodice, Sporting Director of Ischia Isolaverde,” reads the statement.
“On account of his direct responsibility, the club was also referred [to the Tribunal].”
