Ruzzi claims the Aquile patron only paid parts of the salary within the regulations and that the two parties had ‘agreed on €20m’ over five years.
Only €7m was paid out as player wage and the agent, according to the report in La Gazzetta dello Sport, has claimed the difference was paid as a commission to a company in London called Pluriel Limited, which in turn transferred the funds to a company in the name of Zarate’s brother.
Lazio and Lotito have yet to respond.
