Lazio President Claudio Lotito insists Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is not for sale and ‘surely won’t join Juventus.’

The Serbia international is among the Bianconeri targets to strengthen their midfield in 2022-23. However, Lazio’s asking price is at least €60m and Lotito would prefer to sell his star abroad.

Manchester United and PSG are also interested in the 27-year-old who has contributed to 21 Serie A goals this season and is pushing to join a top club in the summer.

“Sergej is not for sale, and surely he won’t join Juventus,” Lotito said, as quoted by Il Tuttosport.

Not only Arsenal: Juventus met Chelsea and West Ham in London

Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri also said on Monday night that, even if SMS leaves, he will likely move abroad.

Juventus fans booed their ex-coach on his return at the Allianz Stadium earlier this week and applauded their transfer target, but that is surely not enough to persuade Lotito to sell him to the Old Lady.

The Bianconeri are in talks with Paul Pogba, who could return to Turin as a free agent and can also get Jorginho from Chelsea if both Arthur and Weston McKennie leave the club in the summer.

  1. Juventus are targeting Paolo Pogba and Jorginho, just in case they can offload some useless players like Ramsey, Rabiot and Arthur.

    Damage control mode ON.
