According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has given his green light to join Milan, who are preparing an opening offer for the Blues.

Chelsea’s asking price is €25m, but Milan don’t want to invest more than €20m for the 27-year-old whose contract expires in June 2024. According to the report, Milan’s first offer for the Blues will be €15m plus add-ons.
