Juventus starlet Manuel Locatelli trusts Sandro Tonali ‘will be the future of Milan and Italy’ midfields, as the two face off tonight.

While Locatelli grew up in the Rossoneri youth academy, he moved on to Sassuolo and last summer was sold to Juventus.

“Sandro is a very good player, he will be the future of Milan and the Nazionale,” Locatelli told DAZN.

“It’s only natural that when it’s Milan and Juve facing off, there are going to be big duels in the middle of the park.”

The pair will be teammates for the Azzurri and could well play together in the World Cup play-offs in March.
