Stanislav Lobotka is out of Napoli’s Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter with a muscular problem, while Dries Mertens, Fabian Ruiz and Allan remain in doubt.
The Partenopei won the first leg 1-0 at San Siro in February and the decider is on Saturday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
A statement from Napoli confirmed that Lobotka did not take part in today’s training session, as tests found a muscular issue in the back of his left thigh.
He is not included in the squad to face Inter this weekend.
