Sporting director Giorgio Perinetti's exit from Palermo has apparently been confirmed after a meeting with new C.E.O Pietro Lo Monaco.
Perinetti's future has been in doubt ever since the sacking of Coach Giuseppe Sannino, the Coach he arrived with from Siena in the summer, and President Maurizio Zamparini's appointment of Lo Monaco yesterday marginalised him further.
Reports in the Italian media suggest the two had a cordial meeting a short while ago in which the details of Perinetti's departure were worked out.
Perinetti previously worked at Bari, where he helped to unearth both Leonardo Bonucci and Andrea Ranocchia.
Lo Monaco performed a similar role at Catania and Genoa.
