Liverpool offer Immobile escape?

It’s reported that Liverpool could offer Ciro Immobile an escape from Borussia Dortmund, with the striker replacing Mario Balotelli.

The Italian international has only managed three goals in the Bundesliga this season, after hitting 22 for Torino last season.

Sky believes that manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to offload misfiring striker Mario Balotelli and replace him with a fellow Italian international.

Immobile is also thought to be a target for Milan and Napoli in Serie A, with the forward's agent previously expressing his desire to play in Naples.
