Atalanta squeezed past bottom of the table Benevento 1-0 on Monday evening with yet another goal from midfield dynamo Bryan Cristante.

That ended their run of one point from three rounds, as the Orobici have been perhaps more fired up for Europa League football this season than Serie A.

Sinisa Mihajlovic has a full Torino squad to choose from, returning M’Baye Niang to the bench in favour of Iago Falque and Adem Ljajic.

Belotti hasn’t looked like himself since a month out with a knee injury, as he hasn’t found the net since September 20.

Atalanta miss Marten De Roon, but Leonardo Spinazzola returns from an injury lay-off to support Jasmin Kurtic, Andrea Petagna and Papu Gomez.

The hosts are wearing special green jerseys in honour of Chapecoense, the Brazilian team that was practically wiped out in a plane crash a year ago.

The two clubs are now bonded, as Il Grande Torino suffered a similar fate in 1949.

Atalanta’s last Serie A success in Turin was 21 back in April 2007, followed by two draws from seven visits.
