Alessandro Florenzi and Marco Verratti are fit to start for PSG in the Champions League against a tactically reshuffled Barcelona, but Moise Kean has COVID.
It kicks off in France at 20.00 GMT, with Paris Saint-Germain winning the first leg 4-1 at Camp Nou.
Kean scored in that game, but he is unavailable this evening after testing positive for COVID-19.
There are another two Italy internationals in the starting XI, though, as Florenzi has shaken off an adductor issue to start at right-back.

Verratti again takes his new role in a trio behind the centre-forward, ex-Inter striker Mauro Icardi.
Neymar is still out injured, so Kylian Mbappé and surprisingly Julian Draxler complete the support network, leaving Angel Di Maria on the bench.
Draxler hasn’t scored in the Champions League since a 4-0 win over Barcelona in February 2017.
Verratti and Leandro Paredes have to be careful, as they are both a yellow card away from suspension.
Coach Ronald Koeman revamps his Barcelona side again with another radical change, this time placing midfielder Frenkie de Jong at the centre of a three-man defence.
This also places Antoine Griezmann in a trident attack flanked by Lionel Messi and Ousmane Dembele.
Defenders Gerard Pique and Ronald Araujo are out of action, along with midfielder Sergi Roberto, forwards Philippe Coutinho and Ansu Fati.
