Stephan Lichtsteiner feels he has met a kindred spirit in Juventus Coach Antonio Conte. “We both get angry if we don't win every time.”

The full-back joined from Lazio this summer and has been impressed with pre-season training so far.

“Juventus have great history and are a club without equals,” declared the Swiss international.

“Even if we won't be playing in Europe this season, this is a side that wants to get back to winning ways.

“Our Coach is someone who works with the team, plays attacking football and I like this type of mentality.

“I want to win all the time and if that doesn't happen, I get angry. Conte is much the same.”

Lichtsteiner is one of several new arrivals in Turin, as the club tries to revamp after a disastrous campaign.

“It is very important for me to do well for this side. I work hard to get great results. My teammates have been very kind and welcoming, so it's a real pleasure to train alongside such champions.”
