Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly prepared a €30m bid for Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the figure could tempt Lazio into a sale, given they could replace Strakosha with Atalanta’s Marco Sportiello or freshly-unattached Rui Patricio at a small cost.
It would also appear to facilitate Berno Leno’s exit, amidst conflicting reports that the German prefers to join Napoli or Arsenal.
The 23-year-old was an ever-present in Serie A last season, helping the Aquile to a fifth-place finish.
