Milan have made an offer worth €10m for Girondins de Bordeaux creative midfielder Yacine Adli, claims L’Equipe.

The player just turned 21 last month and would become the third Frenchman to join the Rossoneri this summer, after Mike Maignan from Likke and Fode Ballo-Toure from Monaco.

According to today’s report from L’Equipe, Milan have made a formal proposal to Bordeaux worth €10m.

Adli has already represented France at Under-16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 levels.

He came up through the Paris Saint-Germain youth academy and made the €5.5m transfer to Bordeaux in January 2019.

His contract with the Ligue 1 club runs to June 2023 and Adli plays as a creative midfielder or a trequartista behind the strikers.

While Adli has long been mentioned as a potential target for the Rossoneri, this would be the first official bid.

He contributed two goals and five assists in 35 Ligue 1 appearances last season.
