“Milan or anyone else can have Praet when they ask us for him and hand over the money. They’d need to pay us €26m,” Samp President Massimo Ferrero had told reporters on July 29.
The Rossoneri seem to have pulled out, as they’d only go in for Praet if Franck Kessie was sold first.
