According to reports in Italy, both Milan and Inter are interested in emerging Morocco star Azzedine Ounahi, but Leicester City are ready to offer €45m for the 22-year-old.

The central midfielder has been one of the most exciting players in Qatar so his price tag has skyrocketed in the last few weeks.

According to Gazzetta both Inter and Milan have been scouting the 22-year-old during the World Cup with the Nerazzurri who even took the first formal steps towards his signature.

Club director Dario Baccin is said to have made contact with Ounahi’s club Angers SCO, but the midfielder’s price is already unaffordable for the Serie A giants.

According to Gazzetta and Tuttosport, Leicester City are ready to put €45m on the table in January to secure the services of the Morocco international who is under contract with the Ligue 1 side until June 2026.

Ounahi has played six games in Qatar and made 14 appearances with his club before the World Cup break.

Overall, he’s played 47 games in France’s top flight, scoring two goals.
