According to Sportitalia, Leicester City have reached an agreement with Atalanta to sign Jeremie Boga.

The two parties are believed to have reached an agreement over the sale of the former Chelsea starlet to England.

According to Sportitalia editor Michele Criscitiello, the two clubs are discussing on the formula of the deal, but the economic agreement has been reached, so the two clubs have a few more hours left to sign the paperwork and send the player to England.

Premier League clubs can register new players until 11 pm local time (midnight in Italy), while the summer transfer window ends at 19.00 UK time in Serie A.

Boga joined Atalanta from Sassuolo for €22m in January but has only played 24 minutes in the opening three Serie A games this season.

Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta face Torino at 19.45 UK time today. Boga has scored 18 goals in 114 Serie A appearances.
