Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma will reportedly not be joining Inter, as even his agent admits a transfer is unlikely.
The Argentinian midfielder is thought to be a target for the Nerazzurri, and his agent stated yesterday that he was optimistic a deal could be completed.
However, Gianluca Di Marzio, Calciomercato and Tuttomercatoweb are reporting today that Inter have pulled out of any deal after the Aquile asked €1.5m for the 32-year-old.
While Vincenzo D’Ippolito wouldn’t be drawn on those rumours, he admitted that a move wasn’t looking likely.
“We’re waiting, there are possibilities [but] the percentages aren’t very high,” the agent admitted to Corriere dello Sport.
“The contract would be for six months. Basically, Inter would take over the player’s contract, which would expire in June.”
Calciomercato believes that the Beneamata have now turned their attention to Lassana Diarra who is a free agent after being released by Lokomotiv Moscow.
