Sky Sport Italia reports Simon Kjaer and Davide Calabria are in doubt for the tie, as they have some flu symptoms.

If they recover in time, they will start, as Romagnoli is expected to start at the back with the Denmark international.

If Kjaer can’t make it, Fikayo Tomori is expected to take his place next to Romagnoli.

Leao is expected to replace Ante Rebic at left in the attacking trident behind Zlatan, who has recovered from a muscle issue that kept him out of the two defeats to Sassuolo and Lazio.

Milan probable XI against Benevento: G. Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Leao; Ibrahimovic
