Lazio will reportedly meet Maurizio Sarri’s agent tomorrow, but the Biancocelesti may struggle to meet the coach’s salary demands.

Sarri was sacked by Juventus one year ago and is contracted with the Old Lady until June 2022. He was in talks with Arsenal, and Tottenham and Lazio are now interested in securing his services.

Both Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport report the Biancocelesti will meet the coach’s agent Fali Ramadani tomorrow.

Lazio is ready to offer Sarri a €3m-a-year deal, but that’s half his current salary at Juventus.

The former Chelsea coach could consider Lazio’s offer because he wants to return to coaching, but he is not the only option on the Biancocelesti’s list.

According to Sky Sport, Luca Gotti, André Villas-Boas and Vincenzo Italiano are also monitored by Lazio.

Simone Inzaghi left the Biancocelesti after 22 seasons at the club, first as a player and then as their coach.

The former striker has signed a two-year deal with Inter, and Lazio are still looking for his replacement.
