Lazio have identified Layvin Kurzawa and Callum Hudson-Odoi as some of their top targets for next month’s transfer window.

The Biancocelesti are looking to strengthen coach Maurizio Sarri’s squad in the January transfer market in order to help the team push for a top four finish this season, with reinforcements who fit the 62-year-old Italian coach’s system needed.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, one of these targets is Paris Saint-Germain full back Kurzawa. The 29-year-old Frenchman has hardly featured this season and is keen for a breath of fresh air, so he’d be open to a move.

Kurzawa earns around €4 million net per season but if he moves on loan then half his salary would be paid mid-season and with the Growth Decree the overall cost would be lower.

Another Lazio target is Chelsea’s Hudson-Odoi, Tuttosport details. Sarri remembers the 21-year-old Englishman well from their time together in West London and believes he’d be the perfect fit for his system in Rome.

The Roman club need to work on their outgoing market first, however, and so they need to find new homes for Vedat Muriqi, Denis Vavro, Riza Durmisi, Jordan Lukaku and Jony.
