Milan goalkeeper Pepe Reina is ready to join Lazio after becoming frustrated with the lack of Valencia progress, claim Spanish media.

The shot-stopper turns 38 later this month and returned to San Siro after his loan spell with Aston Villa.

A move to Valencia had seemed to be a done deal, but over the last few days, there have been reports of his frustration at the delays in getting the contract resolved.

According to AS, Reina has now agreed terms for a return to Serie A with Lazio, who need a reliable understudy for Thomas Strakosha.
