Inter starlet Martin Satriano has officially joined Empoli on loan.

The 21-year-old has moved to Tuscany following Kristjan Asllani’s temporary transfer to Inter.

The Nerazzurri have an option to make the midfielder’s move permanent, while Empoli do not have an option to purchase Satriano at the end of the season.

The Argentinean striker had struggled with playing time at Inter in the first part of 2021-22 and was loaned out to Brest in January.

The Uruguay starlet scored four goals in 15 Ligue 1 appearances last term.

Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi is an admirer of Satriano and Inter were open to loaning another promising striker to the club following Andrea Pinamonti’s convincing spell at the Stadio Castellani last season.

Pinamonti scored 13 goals in 36 Serie A appearances while on loan at Empoli last season, his best-ever campaign in Italy’s top flight.
