Lazio sporting director Igli Tare says the Aquile want to fight for the Scudetto ‘in two or three years’.
The Biancocelesti finishing third behind Juventus and city rivals Roma last season, but the former striker insists they’re building for a title bid in future.
“Within two or three years we want to fight for the Scudetto,” Tare explained in an interview with KTV Kohavision in his native Albania.

“Within two or three years we want to fight for the Scudetto,” Tare explained in an interview with KTV Kohavision in his native Albania.
“Lazio is a club with great tradition, which has had to go through a long transitional period, but we’ve done a great job in the last 10 years.
“With [Coach] Stefano Pioli we’ve laid great foundations for the future, and we’re looking to build a squad which can start a new cycle over the next five years.
“This season our aim is to qualify for the Champions League.”
