Lazio will reportedly pay another €9m for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to revoke Genk’s entitlement to 50 percent of a future sale.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the payment will go through this week as Lazio look to maximise their return on Milinkovic-Savic.
The Aquile splashed out €18m to bring in the Serbian midfielder from Genk two years ago, and he has gone on to score 11 goals and assist as many in 78 appearances at the Olimpico.
His performances last season saw him linked with the likes of Juventus and Liverpool over the summer.
