Lazio send message to club legend Immobile after official Besiktas transfer

Lazio thank their former striker Ciro Immobile and confirm the Italian has joined Besiktas.

Immobile’s move to Besiktas had been confirmed by the Turkish club last week but Lazio only announced the striker’s exit with a brief statement on their website today.

Immobile became the best scorer in the club’s history during his eight-year stay at the Stadio Olimpico and even won the Golden Boot as the best European goal-scorer in 2020.

Lazio summed up his achievements at the club and posted a message on X, formerly Twitter, to thank their legendary striker.
