Lazio director Igli Tare is reportedly in London again for meetings with Chelsea and Arsenal, discussing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Emerson Palmieri, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Lucas Torreira.

This is the second trip to England for the Biancocelesti director of sport in the last few weeks, although so far the club has been largely static on the transfer market, much to the frustration of coach Maurizio Sarri.

According to Calciomercato.com, Tare had meetings with Chelsea and Arsenal to discuss the situation of several players.

On the way out would be Milinkovic-Savic, but Chelsea are not prepared to pay the €70m asking price just in cash, while Lazio are not eager to accept a player exchange.

Separate from the Serbia international midfielder, the Aquile are also asking after Chelsea players Emerson Palmieri and Loftus-Cheek.

As for Arsenal, the topic of discussion there is Torreira, who desperately wanted to remain on loan at Fiorentina, but the Viola refused to make that deal stick.

The Uruguayan vented his frustration to El Telegrafo and assured he has no intention of remaining with Arsenal.

“My agents are dealing with my future. I don’t want to stay at Arsenal, from the start they told me I wouldn’t have playing time either, so there is no chance I am remaining here.

“My idea would be to play in Italy or Spain.”

Lazio can bring in a midfielder, but only if they first sell Luis Alberto, and so far Sevilla are nowhere near the €40m price-tag.
