Lazio are reportedly in advanced negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt for Switzerland international Djibril Sow, but have also dropped Daichi Kamada.

Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà announced earlier this evening that the Biancocelesti were edging closer to a deal for Sow.

It was later confirmed also by Sky Sport Italia, with the asking price set by Eintracht Frankfurt said to be dropping from €20m to just €15m.

This is because he turned down a proposal to extend his current contract, which is therefore due to expire at the end of the current campaign.

The 26-year-old scored four goals in 47 competitive games for the Bundesliga outfit last season.

Meanwhile, Lazio have also decided to give up on talks with free agent Kamada, who had been at Eintracht Frankfurt last term, because of the Japan international’s personal terms.

Kamada has been in negotiations with Milan and Roma too, but none of the clubs seem prepared to sign him.
