Lazio have been fined €40,000 by UEFA for the 'improper conduct' of their supporters in a Europa League tie against Tottenham.

The north London club had complained to the governing body of European football, after some Biancocelesti supporters had targeted a number of Tottenham's black players during the game on September 20 at White Hart Lane.

So far, neither clubs has commented on the fine, but the Serie A side do have three days in which to appeal should they see fit.
